This Privacy Policy describes how Asintellect (a software division of ROP Retail) collects, uses, stores, and protects your information, including Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Amazon Ads API data. We are fully committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring compliance with the Amazon Data Protection Policy (DPP).
We collect and process only the minimum amount of data required to provide campaign analytics, P&L calculations, and seller dashboard functionality. This includes:
• Amazon Account Credentials: Login tokens, Client IDs, Client Secrets, and Refresh Tokens necessary to retrieve API data via Login with Amazon (LWA).
• Amazon Seller & Ads Data: Advertising performance data, sales reports, inventory metrics, and fee details requested via your authorized API scopes.
Your Amazon Ads and Seller information is used exclusively to:
• Calculate real-time, SKU-level profit and loss metrics.
• Populate your seller dashboard with marketing performance data.
• Optimize campaigns and monitor ad spend relative to revenue.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your Amazon Ads or Seller data with any outside parties. All data is kept strictly confidential. The only exceptions are when we are required by law or explicit legal orders to share data.
We implement rigorous security controls to ensure data protection:
• Encryption in Transit: All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) / Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2 or TLS 1.3) protocols.
• Encryption at Rest: Sensitive data, including database records, API tokens, and access credentials, is encrypted at rest using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES-256).
• Access Restriction: Access to database servers and sensitive credentials is strictly limited based on roles and job functions. No credentials are kept in public repositories or hardcoded into applications.
We retain your Amazon information only as long as necessary to service your active integration. If you choose to disconnect your Amazon account or delete your Asintellect account, all associated credentials and API-retrieved records will be permanently purged from our database servers within 30 days.
